BUILDING TECHNICIAN Contract Position National company seeks a Building Technician with a minimum of 5 years previous experience to assist their team with a new project. Responsibilities will include co-ordinating building maintenance activities, maintenance planning, compiling maintenance specifications and tender documents, maintenance inspections and contract and project management. The ideal candidate will have an Architectural or Building Construction Diploma, knowledge and experience in building maintenance, management of contractors and maintenance planning.
